Culture Amp is a values-driven organisation with incredible inbound lead flow, making it a brilliant place to work for an AE because it provides a strong mission-driven culture, fostering a sense of purpose and alignment with the company's goals. However, while the compensation plan is decent, it could be more attractive by offering a more competitive commission structures, or additional performance incentives to match the industry's top-tier standards.

The culture at this organization is no longer what it used to be. Leaders have no idea how to lead and most have 0 to no experience. They continue to change and push new initiatives, do not take action on feedback from their employees, and continue to highlight new roles in the org without recognizing that it's because people are leaving.
