New software sales management inexperienced with compliance industry, market and product. But company is making some progress in software sales (transitioning from transactional market) and has a good/reputable name within the compliance industry. Recent cuts in variable comp plan has lowered moral.

Very uneven comp plan building - this is where a lot of politics within the organization shown. While. it's one of the oldest companies it sometimes has the chaos and disorganization of a startup. Severely flawed, yet somehow select folks in the right markets can still make a lot of money
