Current Employee My overall experience was not bad, but not great. Inbound lead flow is really high, but leads are very poor quality. This company is very quick to put AEs on pips, even when they perform to a high industry standard. The effect is that AEs become nervous and fosters a poor culture because quotas are very high compared to average deal size.
They also advertise that this is supposed to be an inbound role, so unfortunately they do not give you the toolset required to successfully prospect into accounts, which ultimately makes you reliant on the inbound lead flow.
Compensation is fair. Around industry average.
