Avoid. Toxic leadership with their eyes off the ball. Just constantly lay off staff and treat people in a disposable way. One of the worst companies to work for.

The industry is fast changing and we compete with the hyperscalers, which creates some challenges. I believe the C-suite is working diligently to address these challenges. Start-up life is not for the faint of heart. I will always want more money so the base compensation may seem low to me but be on target in the eyes of another.
