Well that depends...do you like making less than half what all the sales other reps you'll be working with are being paid...even though you're doing the same exact job? And do you like working with a leadership group that's 10x worse than your last boss was?

Challenging? It should not be too difficult, however logistically its very difficult due to lack of availability and lack of focus from the company in the mid-market segment. No immediate growing head count, no focus in that segment, not much of a market fit vs enterprise segment. If you want to waste 2+ years of your career and get a minimal pay increase and likely earn less due to less deals closing, its great, but nobody wants that.
