Current Employee Overall, I’ve had a great experience working at Deel so far. Yes, the work definitely more challenging than your typical tech sales org but that’s what makes it even more rewarding. If you can thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and extremely competitive environment then you have an huge opportunity for growth both in your own career and in your contribution to Deel’s. If not, you will likely struggle to find success or burn yourself out trying.
