Company culture is completely missing. Hire and fire attitude. There is no interest in improving the team's skills. If something is not working, people leave the company or are fired quickly without warning. They are also trying not to pay the people correctly with the last payment. This is a no-go from any HR perspective for an HR-focused company. The quality of management and leadership is not assessed, and you cannot give feedback; if you criticize, you will be fired. Great product - great to sell - horrible leadership of the teams.

My overall experience was fine, it's face paced orgs so you learn quite a lot but there's no human value in this org or even your efforts and the devotion for the org doesn't matter.

targets are not achievable for mm/ent - only a few hit it with "lucky" inbound deals. Most AEs are below target (except smb in the past) - global payrol product is great, but to early for the market / will take years to convince ENT clients - quota unrealistic
