Current Employee3.4May 2, 2025Overall, great company to work for! Compensation and culture are great. Quota is fairly difficult to attain, making comp feel a little low if you don't hit. It's also very difficult to get promoted, with very long wait times of 2+ years. With that being said, rewards are high if you make it through and stay for the long term.
