Leadership is incredibly sales driven. C-level execs will be resources for you to get things done on deals as small as $7kACV. Leadershpi cares about winning every customer. Environment is incredibly fast-paced. products and processes change literally every day, you need to be ready to have the procescs of what you do and how you do it change consistently, and still be able to hit your quota. There really isn't any formal training. If you're looking to becmoe a better seller, this isn't the place. If you've already got skills and want PMF, deel is a good fit, assuming you can handle the workload

Lots of flexibility around how you do your work and spend your time, but performance expectations are high and the role is demanding. Definitely not an entry level SDR position, but very rewarding if done well.
