Okay company, upper management lacks understanding and does not listen to employees. High turnover, good be much better if directors and managers were more in tune with the people

Overall i think it is a great place to start at a mid market company. you learn a lot about relationship building between you and your AE.

Deel has strong product-market fit. There are issues with inexperienced sales leaders who struggle to scale beyond SMB, unclear compensation plans, inequitable territories, and under-the-table deal handoffs, and customer references are limited.
