Management is currently killing earning potentials by changing crediting rules & AEs are afraid to accept Opportunities as they‘re pressured on their close rate. Also, there is no head count for internal promos and they‘d like you to be BDR forever. Bad situation for BDRs atm, fluctuation horribly high.

so i am based in china, so my compensation isn't really comparable to U.S. but for chinese standard i'd say my pay is about 100k U.S. roughly. i love my team. i love the flow i set up in my territory. but there's little guidance on professional development.
