Former Employee Deel was the worst sales organisation I've ever worked for, they have a strong hire and fire mentality and push their reps until they break. Every SDR and AE I spoke to while there was burnt out and spreading themselves way too thin. There was no development and training and a lack of support, even when provided with a terrible book of business. When grieving and going through mental health problems, they still expect you to perform at your best, you're a number, not a human.
Deel are always hiring because they're always firing their recently hired team. They have too many SDR's and there are not enough leads for everyone. They set their reps up for failure and those that make it are just lucky.
