Current Employee The company offers a very competitive salary for this type of role in the French market. However, several aspects slow you down on a daily basis: a comprehensive but highly fragmented tool stack that requires excessive reporting to keep your pipeline up to date, Account Executives who don’t always make the job easier, and, as a result, performance targets that can be difficult to hit despite consistent effort. And since the team rarely reaches 100% of its targets, management can be picky when you want to take more than a couple of days off.
