Deel has strong product-market fit. There are issues with inexperienced sales leaders who struggle to scale beyond SMB, unclear compensation plans, inequitable territories, and under-the-table deal handoffs, and customer references are limited.

Deel has incredible product market fit. OTE is not competitive tho. Especially sales leadership roles.
