Commission plan is largely tied to customers going live. New reps have no shot at hitting quota. There’s bookings and ARR and the on-boarding team is not good so it’s pretty hard to see full ARR realization.

Pros: Company is amazing, with a very warm and welcoming culture, interested in your success all throughout the organization. Easy to reach people, and everyone is typically happy to help, provide guidance as needed. Unmistakable feeling that we're all on the same team. Cons: -SDR KPIs not aligned with AEs -Low quota attainment -High churn rate of SDRs

My overall experience was fine, it's face paced orgs so you learn quite a lot but there's no human value in this org or even your efforts and the devotion for the org doesn't matter.
