The organization used to be a great sales environment. But this has since changed as upper management are looking for explosive growth which means insane quota increases and also general confusion in terms of which products to focus and sell.

Great company, good culture, built for success. Tricky in Enterprise space. Could be stronger team culture since it's fully remote. Great leadership though.

Overall amazing sales org that lives up to it's reputation. Amazing product that is a must have and not a nice to have. As well as the amount of money put into the sales org when it comes to tool, marketing, inbound flow. My main issue is for such a well known name in tech / sales is that the overall comp is lower than it should be. Canadians are also paid far less...Read More
