Pros: Company is amazing, with a very warm and welcoming culture, interested in your success all throughout the organization. Easy to reach people, and everyone is typically happy to help, provide guidance as needed. Unmistakable feeling that we're all on the same team. Cons: -SDR KPIs not aligned with AEs -Low quota attainment -High churn rate of SDRs

Experience here has slightly improve since joining but the struggles of having to juggle new logo acquisition and KPI can be difficult when you’re needing to wear multiple hats (supporting clients, onboarding them and chasing payments)

Very little in the way of training. Brilliant product but incredibly complex services arm and internal processes which mean you spend more time doing anything but selling. Very very few leads in mid market, heavy on the outbound
