Very little in the way of training. Brilliant product but incredibly complex services arm and internal processes which mean you spend more time doing anything but selling. Very very few leads in mid market, heavy on the outbound

Overall experience is good. Really great product to be selling that is necessary which makes it a bit easier. A lot of internal changes can be difficult to navigate, but part of the being at a company like Deel.
