In February, leadership made major changes to inbound opportunity crediting, which made up roughly a quarter of our previous quota. In the three months since, no more than 30% of reps have hit their numbers, down from roughly 60% previously. Quota has not been adjusted to reflect this change.

Listen this is a hard SDR role. But if you want to learn how to sell and be provided with all the tools you need to succeed, this is the place for you.
