Keeping same pricing for across the globe and increasing sales targets every quarter is damaging the motivation to work in the sales profile in Deel.
There is no training on personal level apart from product knowledge training.
Personal and professional growth is becoming stagnant here and one is not able to find a voice on his/her thoughts in front of the management. Little to no encouragement and no recognition.
