Disappointing. Things changes every quarter but never the right things. Not a lot of opportunity here at the moment. The people, and culture is great, good work life balance but that is reflected in the compensation. Not a lot of potential for growth. See a lot of SDRs working until they get tired of no promotion and burn out

Industry overall has taken a hit. It is indicative of that but also some unrealistic quotas in emerging markets where leadership was unsure of how to set comp structures.

Overall experience was not great. If you are in a commercial role prepare yourself for unequal distribution of accounts and qualified inbound opportunities. Unclear value proposition and tough to showcase quantifiable ROI with core customers depending on what industry you are marketing to.
