Current Employee Senior leadership is more concerned with covering their own backs then supporting their direct reports. Culture has become toxic, and despite significant turnover, veteran employees are being denied raises/promotions in favor of external hiring (or not backfilling roles at all)
Comp plan is misaligned with company's objectives, and SLT continues to gaslight reps regarding product releases (and delays) and non-existent whitespace. Company has failed to innovate, and is quickly losing marketing share to up-and-coming competitors.
