Dell is all about the numbers. In so far as you are a number. Employees are treated like nothing more than that and the sales culture from Dell eroded all the talented EMC sellers and pushed them away

Dell's leadership is getting worse and worse. Internal processes are a nightmare - you need to update salesforce opportunities, trip reports, an inside excel sheet, an outside excel sheet, lookup team members and send them an update, tell associates to close out leads and maybe another step or two, after every customer call. I was set up for failure. Mediocre training, continuous layoffs that impeded the growth of the team, terrible management, favoritism and lies. Dell is a great resume filler…that’s it. I have never worked for a more dysfunctional organization.
