Dell's leadership is getting worse and worse. Internal processes are a nightmare - you need to update salesforce opportunities, trip reports, an inside excel sheet, an outside excel sheet, lookup team members and send them an update, tell associates to close out leads and maybe another step or two, after every customer call. Market fit is getting worse and worse for medium business. Enterprise is doing much better and I wouldn't recommend a role outside of that segement.
