Terrible organization that was once great. Dell killed EMC. All storage specialties are doing poorly. Dell is trying to squeeze out every dime before they go under.

Good. Lots of "spreadsheets" but with good teammates they can help you through the fluff and show you the north star KPI's.

I was set up for failure. Mediocre training, continuous layoffs that impeded the growth of the team, terrible management, favoritism and lies. Dell is a great resume filler…that’s it. I have never worked for a more dysfunctional organization.
