Former Employee3.3Jul 25, 2024I loved working at Dell! It set my career up for success, however I did not like working for a company of that size as I felt like I was treated more like a number than a rep. In the end I departed due to layoffs.

Former Employee2.6Jul 15, 2024My overall experience here was pretty good. The clients and people were both good. The main issue was that the compensation wasn’t great and there was no incentive to be exceptional. You were actually punished for exceeding quotas because then your quota would just go up, making it unattainable. It was also extremely difficult to get promoted or move departments.
