Current Employee4.4Aug 1, 2024I earned presidents club this year so I have had a pretty good experience. With the AI boom we are definitely one of the winners benefiting from the hype. However, leadership still seems to operate in a manner unknown to the employees. Even with the influx of revenue we are still expecting layoffs and uncertainty about roles and responsibilities going into Q3.

The pay structure is also not clear, it is difficult to determine how much commission is expected per sale. Company culture is positive, co-workers keep most people from leaving.
