Dell does not care about their employees. It does not matter if you started yesterday or have been here for 10 years, they will get rid of you and replace you with people looking for work that will take a well below minimum wage salary. There is absolute no work life balance, no flexibility and NO communication from the bottom to the top. The top makes decisions without considering sales at all. You are better off working somewhere that will at least pay you to be miserable. Because here you are miserable and don't get paid.

My overall experience was great with 10 years spent at the company in a variety of roles. Compensation and career opportunities were very good - as well as the local leadership in my area being very strong.

Overall Dell is a great company to work for. They do make alot of changes which can be frustrating but for the most part they are want their employees to do well. Benefits are great!
