More QuestionsHey Everyone! I am currently interviewing for Dialpad. The base salary seems to be lower than what other tech companies are offering, but in my previous role only 5% of the org actually hit their OTE. So I am just wondering:- - How many people are actually hitting quota? Is it achievable?
