SMB AE can come down to which location and which team you are on. The last few quarters more and more reps are falling short of quota and the inbound lead flow has only gotten worse. When you do get somebody in the door Dialpad is a very easy product to sell as it is a top tier product in the market. Leadership only cares about 1 thing and that is Revenue. You will, without a doubt, get clawback from things out of your control, sometimes not even product related.

Overall, Dialpad is a wonderful company to work for with wonderful leaders/people. There is room for improvement when it comes to compensation.

I absolutely love my manager and the culture at the company. A fun, kind, and smart group of people who collaborate together towards a common goal. You can feel the buzz at Dialpad and it's contagious. Not to mention, a great product!
