The last few quarters more and more reps are falling short of quota and the inbound lead flow has only gotten worse. When you do get somebody in the door Dialpad is a very easy product to sell as it is a top tier product in the market. Leadership only cares about 1 thing and that is Revenue. You will, without a doubt, get clawback from things out of your control, sometimes not even product related.
