Hitting less than 60% of your number puts you at risk of being put on a PIP (pathway to termination), so a VERY high percentage of people are walking on...Read More

Current Employee4.1Feb 13, 2025I've really enjoyed my experience at Dialpad. We have amazing product market fit and the best product at the SMB/Commercial segment by a significant margin. The development and training is good, but (this is a great problem) we improve our offering so much that it can be overwhelming to keep up!
