Burning dumpster (for reps and managers) that re-orged 3x in 1 year (2023-2024), leaving customers confused and angry. Massive talent exodus with reps and leaders exiting weekly. Leadership is completely clueless - from President Brian down to front-line managers who aren't properly onboarded/supported/equipped). Impossible for anyone to hit quotas as leadership and finance are delusional and think the answer is to hire as many reps as possible meanwhile there's not enough opportunity for the reps that are actually good at what they do so they leave as soon as they see the writing on the wall

Through reorganization I’ve been able to move into a new role. There is a lot of focus on activity but doesn’t necessarily translate the same to each team.

Clueless and ineffective leadership at the top. GRC tool verging on legacy, not a market fit for enterprise clients. Constantly changing GTM with results declining YoY. Can be successful but most aren't.
