Difficult - was not treated as an equal, was often "forgotten" on the round robin, was assigned significantly fewer accounts to manage than other AM's (received 50-72% fewer than other AM's) and of those accounts assigned, almost 15% had already declined renewals when assigned

Lots of changes which has negatively impacted reps. Quota achievement has become more unattainable for most, while being required to do a lot more work. Leadership has become more micro-managing
