My overall experience here was very surprising, I expected a different culture and different product development velocity than what I experienced. Docker has a very powerful brand but they struggle to create meaningful new products to address the current enterprise needs in the software development lifecycle. The company growth that I hoped for didn't materialize which meant there weren't any career growth opportunities.

Docker has changed significantly in the past six months. The exec team had a few departures and seems to have filled the vacancies.
