Overall Drata offers a solid product. Problem is the market is saturated with solutions that are cheaper. Most of the kid market customers already have a solution. Not a great company to work for. Prices are being pushed down by competitors, no differentiators so it's a race to the bottom. Meat grinder mentality, grind grind grind. Sales leadership can be toxic. Inexperienced CEO and brother COO. Lots of favoritism. Lots of folks hired in 2023 now gone, look at the attrition.

Drata competes well against most of the players in this space. The sweet spot is between 30-350 FTE orgs. Trying to gain relevance up-market and making strides in the right direction.
