Leadership is not great, they are more focused on current accounts than new accounts. They have a good message but lack behind many in the market

overall good camaraderie amongst reps. For the most part, everyone genuinely wants to help each other out. And you're selling a quality product that works & helps people, so no 'seller's guilt' there. Very strong leadership throughout my tenure there at the top level. Needs to have better marketing support for non enterprise market. Questionable choices in the channel structure and money spent. Excellent product and easy to sell.
