my over experience at Druva was good. But when it came to interaction with leadership that needed a lot of work. Leadership does not know what they’re doing. They’re trying to compete with bigger companies like Commvault, rubrik, and Veeam . This has made the salesforce look for other positions at competitors. Overall, I would say it’s a good company, but leadership needs to do a better job of understanding where they are in the market.

Druva has the best product available in the cloud backup space, but lack the marketing/brand awareness that our competitors have.
