Druva has the best product available in the cloud backup space, but lack the marketing/brand awareness that our competitors have. Compensation is fair to slightly above average in comparison to this industry. There is a lack of opportunities to move your career upward. Health benefits are great. Recent leadership changes are likely to have a ripple affect over the next year.

overall good camaraderie amongst reps. For the most part, everyone genuinely wants to help each other out.
