My overall was negative, leadership dont treat SEs well, like to play games, the comp was ok, but only if you got lucky with 1 or 2 or 3 big deals, otherwise you came in at 80 or 90% ote. Not great culutre outside the local team.

Leadership is not great, they are more focused on current accounts than new accounts. They have a good message but lack behind many in the market
