a lot of fundamental problems within the company that management seemingly is blind to and not resolving them. Multiple rounds of layoffs in the past 12 months is their de-facto go to response to these problems but obviously is not the answer since layoffs still happening, problems still exist, and we are letting go of seriously top performing talents....Read More

Lots of uncertainties and chaotic place. Zero career progression plan. People across the org are either dropping like flies through multiple lay offs or resigning due to fear and uncertainties.
