My overall experience here is okay. The team leader I had was great but the overall leadership and disconnect between day to day sales and expectations was wildly disconnected. Lofty sales goals with only 2/20 reps hitting goal for the last few years. High goals, sellable products but roadblocks in the way

Good organization but turnover is alarming within certain sales channels and the pay to stress ration is lacking

Depends on which team you are on. Recent revamp of the structure does not benefit team members across most teams.
