training is getting better but you'll need to lean on peers and do some self-educating to get up to speed as quickly as the company requires.

I received little to no training and heavily relied on my coworkers for guidance as well as deliverables want for clients, despite my multiple requests from management directly. I left after being physically violated in an elevator by a Sales Manager. He retained employment after reporting him to HR

If you're new to the industry, Egnyte's not a bad place to start. I know lots of people that got their start at Egnyte.

I would say you're going to have better luck working from an office than remote. The training program is getting better at Egnyte, but you're going to learn more from your colleagues than the Zoom training sessions, and being able to tap the shoulder of someone in person is going to be much easier than remote.

If you've already got sales experience you'll be fine working remote.

They hired a new Sales Enablement Director last year so it’s getting better, but no, it’s not a robust or fully fleshed out training and development program, you’ll have to lean on coworkers and depending on your manager you could have great guidance or help or you could be left to fend for yourself
