Ryan from RepVue here. We've recently introduced Business Units to help better categorize the ratings we're collecting. For Elastic, I see Elastic Cloud appears to be applicable as a BU - what else would? Are there different leadership/hiring across BUs and do reps only sell within one?

RepVue asks for division SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, etc - how does that map to Elastic terms? I see Enterprise and Commercial job posts....is Commercial more Mid-Market or SMB? Is Elastic really doing much in the SMB / ~30K ACV space?
