Being in enterprise sales for the past decade, I've learned that having a group of motivated, helpful, committed and fun teams to work with does not come easy. The journey I have with Elastic has been phenomenal as I've been blessed with such a great team. Coupled with a great culture and committed leaders who focus on providing a nurturing environment to help me grow, I’m grateful that I've made the move to join such a great company.

I started my journey in Elastic more than 2 years ago and I still like it as if it was the first day! The culture is amazing, the people are very talented and every day I learn something new from my colleagues. You feel as part of an amazing big family. The product is very innovative and continuously evolving, recognized on the market and with great use cases adopted by our customers. Every day spent with colleagues, customers and Partners is like adding a piece to an amazing puzzle

Elastic is hands down the best job I’ve ever had. My manager gives me complete autonomy to do my job, is very supportive, and helps get the right technical resources involved to get the deal done. Not only is the product superior and growing in the market, our culture is fantastic. My direct team is very willing to share best practices/lessons learned and we have SME teams that fulfill certain roles to help you grow your business. Working in sales at Elastic has been the absolute highlight of my career so far. You get to work with highly talented and skilled people in a fast-paced environment that somehow still manages to maintain a culture where you always feel valued for who you are as well as well as for the work you do. Everyone here is eager to share success but also failure with each other which helps build an atmosphere of constant learning and development and leadership absolutely encourages you to work flexibly, to think out of the box, and to take calculated risks - something that’s of great importance to me.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Elastic. It’s hard to make a short list of what makes Elastic so great but three things that really stand out are: 1.) The constant innovation we are delivering to customers' based their feedback and needs, 2.) The amazing group of intelligent people that I get to work with each day, and 3.)
