Inconsistency at the leadership level. Not transparent at times about expectations with respect to my role. Lack of investment in resources (channel, marketing, leads, restrictive travel, etc.) to help AE drive expansion in the assigned regions. Not strong on professional development.

Great company that was very employee focused. Unfortunately, there was a lot of turnover with leadership and once I started to really grasp the position and accounts 90% of my existing account deck was taken from me.
