Training is nonexistent at Employ. It's a figure it out on your own type of role and it is difficult to reach quota. Compensation structure is okay, but definitely below industry standards. It's fully remote so naturally there is a lacking culture, but the leadership is also questionable.

My overall experience here was positive, but there is never-ending change. Leadership is a revolving door, constant changing of sales methodologies, and consistent RIFs or firings (despite nearly no one on the sales team hitting quota). A few partners in the enterprise space provide high revenue deals that contribute to better earnings. Certain partners also provide great incentives back to sales reps for sending leads, increasing lead volume and potential earnings.
