Entrata is a good company. They have too many salespeople who aren't hitting quota, with wavering leadership and sneaky lay offs. The product is good, and constantly being improved on. But it just isnt the best environment.

Things have changed a lot of the years. Product is awesome but new leadership and compensation plan made it very difficult to get excited about where the company i headed.

Incredible culture and leadership, starting to pivot to outbound, and have run into some challenges. Inside sales and enterprise sales teams have been stuck doing things the same way for a while. Being paired up with BDRs has been new and a bit of a challenge to get off the ground. Overall, I see it eventually working, and the outlook is great.
