Terrible Leadership at the top. Antiquated and ineffective sales org structure and general sales approach. Not open to suggestions from staff in any way shape or form.

The CEO is stuck in his ways, doesnt trust his employees, management is terrible but the product is fantastic and is very well liked in the marketplace. In a downturn, it's tough to get clients on the phone so the expectations are set up to be extremely challenging.

Old school mentality that was a fit for early 2000's. The internal metrics espoused by the CEO weren't accurate and were shaped to fit the narrative. No cloud offering to speak of! CEO still selling on de-dup rates and recovery speeds despite customers continuously buying for cybersecurity reasons, leadership out of touch with buying trends of their own product.

Stagnant solution, little innovation to generate interest from the market. It's a niche product, in a niche market that is losing ground to hybrid solutions. Nothing about the product, development or GTM will change with the current C-level leadership.
