Current Employee2.6Oct 28, 2025Decent base salary. New BD function which meant targets were unrealistic. You earn a bonus for hitting that target, not commission/ flat rate for opportunities. Your targets move up drastically when you hit or exceed them (one team member saw an 100% increase), this means as the target goes up the value of an opportunity goes down. Massively.
