Decent base salary. New BD function which meant targets were unrealistic. You earn a bonus for hitting that target, not commission/ flat rate for opportunities. Your targets move up drastically when you hit or exceed them (one team member saw an 100% increase), this means as the target goes up the value of an opportunity goes down. Massively.

Overall my experience was positive but since I was a Canadian managing both a U.S. and Cnd territory it was difficult to manage with a high travel commitment. The sale training was the best I ever recieved.

Many nice things about working here, good work life balance, ability to land whale deals that pay well, good overall comp target.
